Understanding the concept of music, both live and as a recorded entity is where Dragon Eye Promotions excel. We have personal experience of the music industry from many different angles and by combining these experiences we have a clear view of the wider picture. We understand that as an artist the focus needs to be on creating and performing music.

Without this focus there would be no live performances and no album releases, in short the music industry would cease to move forward. Artists do not always have the time to devote to the business aspect of their career and this can often lead to frustration. The talent is there but not being used to its fullest potential. So many times we have come across excellent musicians who feel their career in the music industry is not being fulfilled because they are too busy writing, performing locally and picking up a solid fan base that they have lost sight of the overall goal.

We feel that if these artists were to delegate some of the business and co-ordinating tasks to Dragon Eye Promotions they would be able to regain control of the creative aspect of their music.

Geno has an extensive inside knowledge of all aspects of the music industry having worked in this field in the US and Germany for over 12 years. During this time he was involved with organising numerous USO shows for the forces stationed in Europe and has also worked for the Virgin Group in management, marketing, and promotions. Since arriving in the UK over 8 years ago he has worked in many managerial and consultancy positions outside of the music industry. 

As a bassist, Trace understands the music industry from the musician’s viewpoint. She is also involved with art and photography and after using more traditional methods for her artwork, now also uses technology for graphic design. For Trace, Dragon Eye Promotions is not only a musical outlet but also a creative inspiration.
